Validators are at the core of the bloxberg blockchain. Operated by over 44 trusted research institutions worldwide, these validator nodes confirm transactions, maintain network consensus, and ensure the reliability of the chain.

bloxberg runs on a Proof-of-Authority (PoA) consensus mechanism. Each validator node runs an Ethereum-based client customized for permissioned networks, where only approved institutions—committed to scientific transparency—can participate. This guarantees that all timestamped data remains verifiable, tamper-proof, and backed by academic credibility.
